Most Wonderful Families,
’Tis the Season of Love and Light!

As we gather in the warmth of the holiday season, our hearts are aglow with the spirit of Christmas—the time when the world is adorned with lights, and hope takes center stage. It is a joyous occasion that transcends tradition, bringing together our diverse school family under the common banner of unity, love, and optimism.

In the halls of Elizabeth Academy, each day is a testament to the incredible power of education—a beacon that pushes back the darkness of ignorance, lighting the way to a brighter future. This Christmas, let us reflect on the profound impact our collective efforts have on the lives of our students and the broader community.

Just as the twinkling lights brighten the darkest of nights, let us be the guiding lights in the lives of those around us. Our shared commitment to education is a source of hope, empowering young minds to dream big and inspiring them to reach for the stars.

In the spirit of the season, let us extend kindness to one another, embracing the diversity that makes our school a vibrant tapestry of cultures, ideas, and dreams. Together, we form a constellation of brilliance that shines far beyond the walls of our classrooms.

As we exchange gifts and good wishes, let us also exchange the gift of encouragement, fostering an environment where each member of our school family feels supported, valued, and empowered. May the holiday season serve as a reminder that, like a flickering flame, hope has the power to reignite even in the most challenging times.

This Christmas, let our school be a sanctuary of light and hope, where every student, staff member, and family feels the warmth of belonging and the encouragement to pursue their dreams.

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas filled with the light of love, the hope of new beginnings, and the joy of shared moments.

Warmest wishes,
Elizabeth Academy Executive Administration

Utah’s First Lady Abby Cox comes to our Campus!

We were thrilled to have the wife of our Governor, First Lady Abby Cox come visit our campuses at Elizabeth Academy on November 29th. She came at the invitation of our own Carrie Ormsby and her post-secondary students, Gerome Bosteels and Lauren Williamsen to see our whole program and specifically to learn more about the development of a college program Elizabeth Academy is involved in, with other stakeholders, for neurodiverse students and those with intellectual disabilities. The First Lady was amazed to see how our inclusive Montessori program functions and even more delighted to see our students and teachers joyfully engaged at work in their classrooms. We are excited to explore even more possibilities for inclusive education as we turn the heads of leaders like the First Lady, and others in our community, and see our inclusive model light the way for others and spread to other schools and expand to higher levels. College is an opportunity on the cusp of being a reality for all!
